In order to be eligible to compete in the IWLCA Debut, teams must book their hotel accommodations through Team Travel Source, the Official Travel provider for this tournament and meet the minimum requirement of minimum of five (5) total rooms, each with a two-night stay.

Teams that are based within a 75 mile radius of Village Park and are planning to commute are exempt from complying with the housing requirements. All teams over 75 miles are expected to book with the designated travel provider as a condition to compete – no exceptions. Addresses used for the determination of the distance/time will be the address of Village Park and the Club’s physical address or the physical address of the Club’s home fields whichever is closer. Google Maps TM or other approved online mapping services will be used to determine driving distance and time.

Teams choosing not to agree to the housing requirements will not be able to complete the registration process.  If your team is waitlisted during registration, the housing requirements would have been agreed to prior to completing the registration.  Waitlisted teams ultimately admitted to the tournament will be expected to comply with the housing requirements.
